Business Enterprise Appraisal Company, Inc. (BEACo) has been valuing real property in Southern California since its founding in 1972. We are State of California licensed general real estate appraisers with the CREA designation and Accredited Senior Members of the American Society of Appraisers in the specialty of Urban Real Estate.

Our real estate appraisal assignments are performed Los Angeles, Ventura and Orange counties in connection with estate tax, estate planning, for buyers and sellers, and in litigated matters. We also prepare Fractional Interest Discount studies.

BEACo provides well-supported valuation reports at a competitive fee within a reasonable turn-around period. We coordinate fully with our clients to provide a custom project scope that most effectively meets the client's needs.

The majority of our Southern California valuation work involves common property types such as commercial shopping centers, strip malls, free-standing commercial and retail properties, multi-purpose and multi-use properties, office buildings, multi-family properties, industrial properties, and high-end residences. We also have diverse skills in the valuation of funeral homes and cemeteries, mineral rights, land developments, hotels and resorts, and many other special use properties.
